We ship our fragrance samples Australia-wide. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer standard and express shipping options to suit your needs.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of our fragrance samples, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. We encourage you to carefully review the product details before placing an order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email us at samplesocietyau@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item(s) and packaging. We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
